Blue Monday
On January 20, don't let "Blue Monday", often considered the most depressing day of the year, get you down! Come take a break and take care of yourself during an event, organized by SSE PSL and the VE Service, in partnership with Nightline and Ouistiti for the occasion. On the program: friendly and creative activities to start the year off right, from a photo workshop to board games and a film screening. A moment to share to get together and start 2025 on a positive note!
Come take part in a special event, designed to break loneliness and start the year in a warm and positive atmosphere.
From 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., the afternoon will begin with a collective fresco hosted by Nightline. Come share a creative and friendly moment to express your emotions and thoughts while connecting with other participants.
At the same time, Ouistiti will host a festive photo workshop where everyone will be able to capture joyful and relaxed memories, far from daily stress. The photo sessions, scheduled from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., will be an opportunity to experience a real moment of conviviality, while offering you original and fun portraits. These shoots are perfect for strengthening the spirit of the day and sharing light and pleasant moments.
Then, after 7 p.m., it's time to relax with a board games evening and multi-player consoles at your disposal. For those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, a film screening will complete the evening, followed by an aperitif to continue the discussions in a relaxed atmosphere.
