Call for Participation: PSL Fête la Science 2024
The Fête de la Science 2024 will be held from October 4 to 14, 2024. For the occasion, the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR) has chosen the theme “Ocean of Knowledge”. PSL - Partage des Savoirs has chosen to take the title as an invitation to deal with all kinds of knowledge, without any particular thematic orientation.
Do you have an action to propose on the occasion of the FDS, and possibly need support? Don't hesitate to fill in the call for expressions of interest!
As in previous years, PSL-Partage des Savoirs will be coordinating the promotion of activities proposed within PSL, in particular via their aggregation on the Ministry's website under a common banner.
The purpose of this Call for Expressions of Interest is to identify those of you who wish to participate in the Fête de la Science 2024, and those of you who require financial support in order to
- contribute to the programming of the event coordinated by PSL, which will take place at a Paris venue to be specified.
- propose a mediation action of your choice, such as a visit to a laboratory, an intervention in a school or in a PSL establishment.
At the very least, all proposed actions will benefit from a common label, and enhanced communication, as has been the case for the Fête de la Science since 2021, subject to their acceptance by the Ministry. In addition, PSL Partage des Savoirs mediators will contact some of the projects to offer additional insight, in the form of an interview or video, which will be broadcast on social networks. Lastly, projects demonstrating a justified financial or logistical need will be eligible.
