Call for proposals: Visiting Fellows 2024
²ÝÁñÂÛ̳ is launching a call for invitations for international professors, as part of its Graduate Programs:
Invitations are for a period of 3 to 6 months, and will begin at the start of the 2024/2025 academic year.

- Une description du projet : durée de l’invitation, enseignements et activités proposés, laboratoires impliqués, masters et/ou formations doctorales concernés ;
- CV du professeur invité.
>> Remarque : une demande d’invitation co-portée par deux Programme gradués est possible.
Le document de soumission est fourni ci-après, 2p. maximum, hors CV du professeur invité.
L’évaluation des propositions sera faite par le Comité Recherche de l’²ÝÁñÂÛ̳ sur la base des éléments fournis par le responsable du Programme gradué.
All Graduate Programs can respond by providing:
- A description of the project: duration of the invitation, proposed teaching and activities, laboratories involved, masters and/or doctoral programs concerned;
- CV of the invited professor.
>> Note: a request for an invitation co-sponsored by two Graduate Programs is possible.
The submission document is provided below, 2p. maximum, not including the CV of the visiting professor.
Proposals will be evaluated by the ²ÝÁñÂÛ̳ Research Committee on the basis of the information provided by the Graduate Program manager.
Conditions of the invitation :
The guest professor will be offered an employment contract by the host establishment, which will be responsible for all arrival and welcoming procedures, with the support of the PSL Welcome Desk.
The net remuneration offered is 3000€ net/month for a junior professor and 4000€ net/month for a senior professor. A professor is considered senior after 10 years from the date of the thesis.
The visiting professor must offer teaching hours or any other equivalent activity for a duration of 11hCM/month; the distribution of these hours remains at the discretion of the inviting Graduate Program(s).
Invitations may be split over several academic years; for example, a professor invited for 3 months may come for 1 month a year for 3 years.
Remuneration is received in France for teaching and research activities. It covers the cost of travel from the home country, and of stay in France.
The visiting professor must be a permanent teacher-researcher at an international higher education and research institution, regardless of nationality. They must be authorized to receive additional remuneration in France.
Co-financing:
On the basis of PSL co-financing half of each invitation, the remaining half of the invitation must be financed by the host institution(s), or by the Graduate Program hosting the researcher. The administrative and financial arrangements will begin once the applications have been selected by the Research and Training Committee.

- Putting together the administrative file with the inviting Graduate Programs, the host institutions and the PSL Welcome Desk.
