IRIS call for proposals: Governance Analytics

Le

Governance Analytics is a PSL Interdisciplinary and Strategic Research Initiative (IRIS) for supporting data-intensive research on issues related to governance (aggregation of collective preferences and choices, creation and performance of institutions, how markets operate, how organizations operate).

This call for proposals is to identify an initial series of projects eligible for support from the IRIS. It will also help identify possible synergies among projects, culminating in the development of cross-cutting tools such as databases and algorithms. A team of postdoctoral researchers (in social science and computer science), led by a Research Engineer, form the core of this IRIS. Support provided to teams and researchers could take a variety of forms, but the IRIS mainly foresees providing access to its team’s expertise.

Format
This call for proposals is intended for researchers and teams alike. Interested parties should submit an online application form, along with CV(s) of the team’s main researcher(s) and a separate detailed description of the main characteristics of their research project and the support they hope to receive.

Timeline
Proposals must be received by January 31, 2017.

Submit your proposal via the dedicated site.
