Kocliko reduces energy costs and carbon emissions from buildings thanks to a disruptive solution for the individualization of heating costs and the regulation of boiler rooms in collective residential (social housing, condominiums).

Startup resulting from Mines Paris - PSL research, Kocliko stands out through its mastery of Dynamic Thermal Simulation and Artificial Intelligence, and presents a strong ambition in the market for energy efficiency services for buildings, evaluated in France at 5 billion euros and growing strongly.

Our leitmotif:

  1. Accelerate the ecological transition of buildings, knowing that the sector represents 40% of energy consumption and 30% of greenhouse gas emissions (far ahead of transport).
  2. Reduce energy costs.
  3. Accelerate awareness of energy issues among building users, by giving them the means to take action.
  4. Create a profitable, repeatable and scalable business model that transforms its sector thanks to digital technologies.
