Twinkle Bioscience is developing an innovative tool resulting from research at the PASTEUR laboratory (CNRS, ENS - PSL, UPMC) of the Chemistry Department of the École Normale Supérieure for the fluorescent marking of proteins inside living cells, the FAST technology (Fluorescence-Activating and absorption-Shifting Tag). Reversible and instantaneous unlike classic GFP (Green Fluorescent Protein) marking, FAST offers new perspectives for cellular imaging, in particular high content screening, the basis of modern pharmaceutical research, or for genome editing.
