For the seventh year running, PSL University confirms its position in the . Ranked 42nd for this 2025 edition, it retains its position as France's no. 1 university.
The Times Higher Education (THE) published its annual World University Ranking on October 9, 2024. The ranking covers nearly 2,100 institutions in over a hundred countries and regions. It is based on a survey and a set of data divided into 5 categories:

- Research environment
- Research quality
- Industry
- International outlook
Ranked 42nd, PSL University is once again the leading French university in the rankings. For the seventh year running, it remains in the select circle of the world's top fifty universities, alongside prestigious international institutions such as Melbourne University or Mc Gill University.
